Stamped concrete floor

The stamped concrete floor is a monolithic concrete surface, customizable with decorative effects of great value. The concrete is stamped with special rubber molds, which give life to decorations in imitation stone, brick, wood, tiles, rosettes and Greek frets. The final result is extremely realistic and of great aesthetic impact: the beauty of traditional coatings is perfectly reproduced, with superior performance and a very high possibility of chromatic customization. The stamped concrete floor is in fact very solid: resistant to time, wear, traffic and even the passage of heavy vehicles. The low thickness version, Plam Stampable Overlay, is also available: with a thickness of 1 cm to 2.5 cm it guarantees at the same time high resistance to compression, abrasion and fire.

The stamped concrete floor is a monolithic floor, without joints. Because of this, it is easier to clean and has no places where water can infiltrate or where mosses and weeds can grow. It is also necessary to add special protective resins that make the floor resistant to oil and grease, water-repellent, anti-mold, anti-dust. Easy and quick to apply, Plam Stampable allows a considerable saving of time compared to the construction of traditional stone or tile floors. The stamped concrete floor does not require a structural screed or containment crease: once the substrate has been prepared, the concrete can be poured directly.

Application: PLAM STAMPABLE

Formwork and installation of nylon, non-woven fabric, spacers and electro-welded mesh;
Spreading of concrete mixed with Coldpav or Hotpav and Plam Fiber Isoplam;
Application of the colored Plam Hardening in 2 or 3 applications and smoothing of the surface;
Application of the colored Plam Rele release agent;
Molding and finishing with Isoplam moulds, rollers and tools;
Washing of the floor with a pressure washer and Isoplam single brush and application of Plam Sealing/L, Plam Sealing/S or Plam Sealing Water resin.

Application of Cement Primer on the existing screed surface (if not rough it must be scarified);
Application of Grigio Naturale Plam Overlay + colored Plam Hardening in thicknesses from 1 to 2.5 cm and smoothing;
Plam Rele colored release agent application;
Molding and finishing with Isoplam tools;
Washing of the flooring with Isoplam detergents and specific equipment and application of Plam Sealing/L resin.
