Private villa – Santa Maria di Sala (VE), Italy

Construction: a newly built single-family residence, designed by Studio Ennedue, combines architectural aesthetics and construction innovation through the use of dry systems with a steel structure. The architectural language, based on pure volumes and textural finishes, connects with the outdoors through a careful design of the horizontal surfaces. The entrance walkway and patio, overlooking a linear and manicured garden, are made with Plam Stampable Isoplam® rock-effect stamped concrete. Together with warm and natural tones, it creates a material connection between the house and the surrounding landscape, reinforcing the architectural identity of the entire project.

For the garage area, Pavilux Crystalquarz in Cuoio color was chosen, a high-performance industrial concrete ideal for ensuring durability and resistance to vehicle traffic while maintaining color uniformity and visual coherence.
