The special white blades in Isoplam polyethylene are particular thick and rigid blades in synthetic material which entirely cover the steel blade by means of a very rapid mechanism which makes them slide and fit into the blade, without the need for any screwing to the helicopter's crossbar to concrete floors. The attachable plastic shovels, which wear out more quickly than steel ones, reduce friction with the concrete surface and prevent burns from forming and are therefore widely used for colored or very light flooring. They leave an increasingly smooth surface with each pass, allowing the concrete to be polished at an advanced setting stage for a closed finish suitable for internal environments. The concrete polishing operation is carried out after the calibration phase carried out with the roughing disc.
The white sliding blades are made of very high density PE, thermoplastic and thermosetting which guarantees high wear resistance compared to PVC blades and a shiny finish like that obtainable from metal blades, without scratching or burning the surface.
The white helicopter smoothing paddle for industrial and cloudy floors is sold in packs of 4 pieces each and is available for single smoothing machines with 60 cm diameter rotors.
