Madre Terra is Isoplam's new color collection; a selection of shades rooted in the soil and in the memory of their places of origin, interpreting color through an essential, profound, and enduring language.
There are shades created not to decorate, but to tell a story. Madre Terra is the new color palette by Isoplam, inspired by extensive research on color as origin, memory, and a generative principle of living matter. Alloro, Grano, Fango, Cotto, and Lino are the five shades that make up the palette: warm, natural colors shaped by light and time, rooted in the earth to give shape to essential surfaces, natural balance, and timeless architecture.
Much more than a simple color selection, Madre Terra is a sensory atlas designed to bridge continuous surfaces and pure volumes with the daily life of those who inhabit residential, contract, and hospitality spaces. Each shade retains the visual memory of the natural materials from which it draws inspiration, interpreting the surface as a living, changing architectural element capable of evoking memories and inspiring emotions.
From color to actual design
Developed in Isoplam's in-house laboratories, the Madre Terra palette was created to be interpreted through Microverlay, the continuous cement-based coating that preserves all the strength of traditional concrete in just 3 mm of thickness, offering durable, seamless surfaces characterized by maximum formal purity.
Ideal for both new builds and renovations, Microverlay microcement makes it possible to coat not only floors and walls, but also furniture accessories, offering the opportunity to create environments with a minimal, yet highly expressive total look. Thanks to its water-repellent properties, Microverlay can also be used in areas with high exposure to water, such as shower enclosures, sinks, countertops, kitchen tops, and pool edges. Extremely easy to clean, it is compatible with underfloor and wall heating systems, as it optimizes the heat diffusion generated by the system, ensuring an even and constant distribution throughout the space.
Available in various finishes and textures, Microverlay interprets the Madre Terra palette and translates it into conscious, essential architecture, far removed from fleeting trends. A design vision where surfaces are not mere backdrops, but narrative elements capable of standing the test of time, preserving memory to turn it into an everyday experience.
