Locanda Case Vecie country lodge - Grezzana (VR) Italy

Within a reconverted rural setting, a former agricultural building has been transformed into a contemporary space that combines hospitality, conviviality, and a narrative of the surrounding territory. The architectural project enhances the authenticity of the original structures – stone walls, wooden beams, and double-height openings – through a respectful dialogue with new, essential, and functional construction elements. The intervention develops in seamless continuity between interior and exterior, with open and flexible volumes designed to host tastings, social gatherings, and activities related to the world of wine and hospitality.

A key feature of the project, the Pavilux® floor in Rubino color gives the space a strong visual and material identity. The surface’s intense, vibrant hue recalls the tones of wine and the surrounding earth, creating a connection with the productive landscape. The result is a flooring solution that combines beauty and performance: smooth, durable, and easy to maintain – ideal for high-traffic areas.
