The structure, built in green building, is distinguished by a design that combines the rustic aspect of
wood and warm colors, typical elements in the environments of the alpine areas, with a modern style with simple and clean lines. The visual impact in total communion with the beauty of the woods of the Belluno foothills immediately emerges from the external surfaces of the building, renovated in 2022. It was the owner who took
care of every detail of the renovation work, from the careful choice of the most faithful materials to the territory to the selection of the best suppliers. An act that demonstrates the great dedication to one's company.
The light nuance of the wood that envelops the external walls of the structure contrasts spectacularly with the color of the rusted metal of the
Oxydecor Rust coating: belonging to the Isoplam line of Oxydecor decorative paints, the finish recreates the material effect of corten steel, giving a
decisive and contemporary look. Applied on the projecting facades that surround the panoramic room used for breakfasts and snacks, it was also used on the rear of the farmhouse with an ornamental motif that recalls the tops of the mountains, conceived and designed by the owner of La Giasena.
Very resistant, waterproof and with strong adherence,
Oxydecor Rust can coat any pre-existing support both internally and externally, without the need to remove it, obtaining a continuous surface with a
high aesthetic impact. Thanks to its formulation, it recreates the rust effect even on those materials which due to their chemical and physical characteristics do not undergo the oxidation process, such as wood, plastic or plaster.
