R66 Renovation of a rural building - Sacile (PN), Italy

Realization: a former rural building is transformed into a contemporary home through a demolition and reconstruction project that enhances the relationship between architecture and landscape. The Deco Nuvolato Isoplam® concrete floor, chosen in the Mineral Gray shade with a matt finish, extends between interiors and exteriors, becoming the key element for a project based on linearity and visual coherence. On the ground floor, completely redesigned as a single room open to the garden, the concrete surface amplifies the perception of space and dialogues with the sliding oak wall that allows the volumes to be redefined according to needs. The velvety texture of the floor and the characteristic cloudy effect add material depth without compromising the essentiality of the architectural language.

Deco Nuvolato extends onto patios and walkways, strengthening the visual link between interiors and exteriors. The high technical performance – in terms of resistance, durability and ease of maintenance – make it ideal even in high-traffic environments. Upstairs, the project takes on a more intimate dimension: the exposed laminated wood roof recalls the warm and natural minimalism of the entire home.
