Project: for the renovation of the administrative headquarters, the designers – in line with the entrepreneurial vision – chose to focus on a few carefully considered elements, as well as on a chromatic and material mood board aimed at conveying what the company actually produces: technology and progress.
From the very entrance, the architectural elements express an atmosphere of understated professionalism, the symbol of an essential and direct corporate philosophy that gets straight to the point. The few colors – black and gray, with a few touches of green – and the few materials used, glass and concrete above all, not only give the spaces a sophisticated elegance but also symbolically reflect the company’s innovative and professional character.
The industrial aesthetic created by exposed technical details, such as ventilation ducts and lighting tracks, is further enhanced by the Deco Nuvolato Isoplam flooring, a continuous cement-based coating with a distinct, softly variegated texture. Applied uniformly across two levels, the surface acts as a unifying element for the environments, from the reception to the corridors, from the meeting rooms to the offices, and even the relaxation areas. The characteristic “nuvolato” look, created in Light Gray, lends the spaces an austere, sophisticated elegance, perfectly in harmony with the clean, contemporary lines of the interiors.
This design approach, aimed at making the flooring an architectural element of continuity among the various operational areas, is not merely an aesthetic choice but also a functional one: resistance to wear, impact, and traffic, as well as ease of maintenance, make Deco Nuvolato a hallmark of solidity and durability. Water-repellent, stain-, oil-, and dust-resistant, Isoplam’s concrete surface is perfect for offices, warehouses, production areas, or high-traffic zones, proving to be a forward-looking and reliable choice capable of meeting the needs of dynamic, demanding work environments.
