Low thickness stamped concrete floor

The low thickness stamped concrete floor allows to simulate in an extremely realistic and personalized way a wide range of traditional surfaces even in contexts where it is not possible to cast concrete. Porphyry, stones, tiles, slate ... thanks to the special Isoplam molds, the many surfaces obtainable with the Plam Stampable Overlay system have a thickness ranging from 1 cm to 2,5 cm, while guaranteeing high resistance to compression, abrasion and fire.

PRODUCT'S PLUS

The low thickness stamped concrete floor can be used on both new and existing concrete substrates, even on tiles. The Isoplam Plam Stampable Overlay system is perfect for all those contexts, mainly external and medium or high traffic, where aesthetically pleasing and highly resistant low thickness flooring are required: sidewalks, porches, avenues, pool edges, ramps, parking lots.

APPLICATION

  1. Application of Cement Primer on the existing screed surface (if not rough it must be scarified);
  2. Application of Grigio Naturale Plam Overlay + colored Plam Hardening in thicknesses from 1 to 2.5 cm and smoothing;
  3. Plam Rele colored release agent application;
  4. Molding and finishing with Isoplam tools;
  5. Washing of the flooring with Isoplam detergents and specific equipment and application of Plam Sealing/L resin.
